MAPS coaches get to be a part of something meaningful. With MAPS, coaches will lead companies (their own clients) to success, making it an exciting and rewarding opportunity to make an impact. We are currently building a network of energetic, motivated and experienced marketing professionals to coach small businesses to achieve their goals.

Coaches are franchisees who can leverage MAPS to build their consulting practice without the worry business operations, human resources and financing. With MAPS, you will be able to create value, build credibility quickly and have the tools and resources you need to hit the ground running quickly.

If you have more than 5 years of marketing experience and Entreprenurial in nature, please read below to understand how coaching works.

How much do coaches earn and what are the fees?

While MAPs is building a network, the initial franchisee for coaches is only $6,500 plus a reoccurring $500/month fee to cover support and referral sources. Coaches with 10 clients during a year can earn between $150,000 and $200,000 with additional earning potential of $66,000 to host a roundtable.

What does the franchise fee cover?

  • 3-4 day in 1:1 in-person or zoom training
  • Public press release and announcements on LinkedIn
  • Shadowed support with the first three customers
  • Certification logo and franchise certificate
  • Your own customized microsite
  • 500 business cards
  • Listed on the website
  • As MAPs gains publicity, you will gain warm leads.

 

What does the monthly fee cover?

  • Guest speaking opportunities at Roundtables for visibility

Steps to Coaching

Inquiry (1-2 days)

  • Discovery Call

Agreement (1-2 weeks)

  • Call to gain a broad understanding of the MAPS framework, review the franchisee and answer any questions we have for each other.
  • Signed franchisee agreement

Training (1-2 months)

  • 1:1 MAPS coaching with a minimum of 3 half days and more if needed
  • Immediate access to library of resources
  • Mentored coaching for first few clients

Business Development and Visibility

  • Press release and publicity that announces your certification
  • A microsite and marketing materials customized to you.
  • Certification logo and certification that can be used on your marketing materials
  • Support during initial business development calls.

Ongoing support

  • Access to warm leads
  • Access to a growing portal of models and insights for you to use as tools with your clients
  • Access to the Coaches Slack Community
  • Guest speaking opportunities at Roundtables for visibility
  • Participation in monthly Coach Roundtables

Plan:
With your strategy and platform in place, it’s time to create a plan. A well-crafted marketing plan aligns your tactics (what you’re doing) with your strategy (what you need to accomplish). It ensures everyone knows what to do, when to do it, who’s responsible, and most importantly, why. You’ll also have a clear understanding of what to measure, what success looks like, and a marketing budget that perfectly aligns with your activities.

Action: 
Now it’s time to take action. Your team can execute the plan with precision, coordination, and integration. Sales and marketing will work in harmony, promoting the same products or services to the same audience. By following the MAPS system, everyone stays aligned, making meetings more effective—and even shorter!

Optimize:
This step is all about monitoring progress, conditions and adjusting course when needed. The team will analyze all aspects of your marketing performance, look at successes and failures, make informed decisions, and follow the data. This step ensures your team maintains focus.

Establish Sales Goals:
Marketing impacts your operations, culture, revenue, service and/or products. Clear goals are crucial. During Segment 1, your team will identify three key sales goals and identify other important goals that are specific to your company. Clear goals will set the direction and create accurate expectations..

Business Intelligence:
Without data, you’re just guessing, and guesswork is not a strategy. By digging into the trends, customer needs and competitors, you’ll gain the insights needed to make smart, calculated decisions. Toward the end of this segment, your team will have a clear idea what your company does better than any competitor and identify the best opportunities now and in the future.

Strategy:
Strategy is your game plan – it is what gives a business momentum. Your strategy, positioning, and messaging become the force behind your marketing efforts—the powerful centerpiece that guides everything you do.

With a clear strategy, you’ll master the art of understanding and creating your unique market positioning while seamlessly aligning your marketing and sales efforts with your company’s goals. Once you have this clarity, you’ll achieve more, faster—riding the wave for greater success.

MAPS will guide the team to develop a cohesive message and visual platform that embodies your company’s identity.
