A Facebook campaign solicited participation from recent birthing patients at the hospital to share their baby’s photo, along with a short statement about their care. In all, 25 people responded. From that group, 23 posts were made. The average post reach was 1510 and the engagement was 240.

A social media campaign highlighted female leaders across the Upper Peninsula. We started with 8 candidates and asked for recommendations on social media. In total, we received more than 50 candidates from the private and non-profit sectors and featured 20 female leaders on Facebook and LinkedIn.
