The Account Manager is involved at every stage of projects; strategic planning, creative development, delivery/launch and billing. The Account Manager works closely with our team, vendors, the agency owner and clients to assure the highest quality output that gets results, meets budget and deadlines requirements.

· Economic development
· Restaurants
· Small business
· Community development
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
· Primary contact and manager of accounts assigned to you. You are responsible for maintaining positive project outcomes with your clients
· Collaborate daily with agency owner to confirm strategic and project direction and your work approach to getting things done
· Coordinate and manage project estimates, timelines, creative development, production
· Interface with clients for input and directional approval/change to projects
· Work directly with graphic designers, writers and vendors to manage every aspect of project and ensure its completion on time and on
budget
· If projects change scope or need additional work, provide cost and timing change information to client and agency team
· Be a master of quick, efficient communication between agency personnel and your client
· Solve problems before they occur. Learn from the past. Plan your next day and next week today—every day
Ideal candidates:
· Understand how graphic designers work
· Understand the strategic development and creative process and how to manage it and the team you work with – but not do the creative
itself unless absolutely necessary.
· Previously have worked with one or more media
· Have proven time management and projects skills
· Adapt easily and is flexible
· Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
· Work within tight deadlines, fast-paced
· Can provide examples of projects they have managed and refer to them as a benchmark for the project at hand today
· Are passionate about delivering highly quality work
· Work well under pressure
· Understand how to deliver from set objectives

Graphic Designer Wanted

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in digital design; must present portfolio
Pay Scale: National average, based on experience

Therefore, applicants should be proficient in several mediums, including print design, videography, photography and some web development.
The Graphic Designer is involved in every stage of a project, from initial concepts and production through print and delivery/launch. The Graphic Designer works closely with multiple vendors (printers, web developers, photographers, material suppliers, etc.) to assure the highest quality output.
Under general supervision, the Graphic Designer will plan, design, develop, coordinate and produce print, web and electronic communications for a varied client base. The Graphic Designer may supervise the work of student assistants and junior designers.
We work with many different types of clients, from health care, economic development, restaurants and small business to technology and community development. The ideal Graphic Designer can adapt designs easily and is flexible with styles.
Ideal candidates:
· Understand how to design within brand standards
· Excel in all aspects of Adobe Creative Suite to deliver great work cost effectively
· Comprehensively understand print and some web design
· Manage time and priorities well
· Edit video, with some experience in video graphics
· Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
· Work within tight deadlines
· Can provide a portfolio of work across most mediums
· Are passionate about delivering highly creative design
· Can contribute to overall creative strategies.
· Work well under pressure
